THE WEEKLY LAW REPORTS

Since precedent is a source of law second only to legislation - you cannot afford NOT to subscribe to The Weekly Law Reports!

Published at least 45 times a year, The Weekly Law Reports are the best way to keep up-to-date with cases heard in the Superior and Appellate Courts.
Covering the cases that really matter, which either develop the law in some way or introduce a new point of law; they are the most authoritative reports available and should always be cited in preference. All law reports published by ICLR are prepared by barristers present at the cases' hearing. The reports are sent to the judges involved for approval of the judgment, prior to publication. The Weekly Law Reports are published in four volumes - Volumes 1a and 1b contain the cases which do not merit inclusion in The Law Reports, while Volumes 2 (January to June) and 3 (July to December) cover the cases which will subsequently be published in The Law Reports together with a note of counsel's argument. The reporters to the Council also write The WLR Daily cases and law reports for The Times.
