A note from the Chairman; His Honour Judge N M Chambers QC:

“I am delighted to announce the ICLR’s first wholly new series for 50 years. The development by the courts of a unified approach to the handling of business cases and the construction of the new court emphasise the need for a series which will combine the established excellence of the ICLR with the production of a series fit for the requirements of practitioners in this developing field.”

THE BUSINESS LAW REPORTS EDITORS

The series is being edited by
Paul Magrath, a barrister called in 1982 (Middle Temple), who has been writing and editing law reports for 24 years, 13 of them spent with the ICLR. He was, until recently, appointed to the Judicial Committee of the Privy Council in Downing St, the final appellate court for a large number of British colonial and former colonial jurisdictions, and has previously worked in all the divisions of the High Court and Court of Appeal. He has also worked widely in journalism, including ten years as law reporter and case summary editor for the Independent newspaper, and an occasional contributor to The Times law supplement and the Times Law Reports. We invite you to ask Paul any questions you may have about the new series of reports. Contact Paul
