ICLR are pleased to announce a new look for The Daily Law Notes case summary service.

The WLR Daily - a free 24 hour service from ICLR
replaces The Daily Law Notes service as of September 2005. The service essentially remains the same; providing free 24 hour access to case summaries but in a new easier to use format. It now also highlights current publication references to our cases as soon as they are published. Thus enabling individuals to immediately know if an important case has been published and providing its reference details. Search facilities are much quicker and easier to use as all facilities provide references and links to enable quicker ordering.

Other aspects:

» Bringing you the most important updates from the House of Lords, the Privy Council, the Court of Appeal and all divisions of the High Court

» Covering cases from the Royal Courts of Justice and European Court of Justice

» By using the above menus you can view daily summaries of Latest Cases as they appear or navigate via the Monthly Archive for more in-depth lists of summaries.

» Alternatively, when searching for cases with specific subject matter use the Subject Matter Search.

» Providing the highest quality of reporting as all our reporters are barristers or solicitors

» Cases reported are precise and above all, accurate summaries of those cases deemed by our reporters and editorial team to be worthy of a fuller treatment and inclusion in The Weekly Law Reports, The Law Reports or The Industrial Cases Reports.

» Reporters are present in court for the hearing and handing down of judgment. They summarise the case which we then publish on our website within 24 hours of judgment being handed down.

» The benchmark in reporting since our inauguration in 1865.
