This document sets out our policy with regard to linking both to and from our site.

Linking to our site

You do not need to ask permission to link directly to the home page of our site at http://www.lawreports.co.uk or to link to The WLR Daily index at http://www.lawreports.co.uk/WLRD/AboutWLRD.htm or The Industrial Cases reports index at http://www.lawreports.co.uk/ICRE/icrehome.htm as long as you do not restrict access in any way for example by requiring a fee to access this area.

We would ask that you let us know if you plan to add a link from your site to ours by contacting us. If you wish to link to pages deeper in our site than these pages we would like you to contact us first. Please contact Website Manager KarenH@iclr.co.uk

Linking to our site using our logo

You do not need to ask permission to use our logo image if it is used to link to our home page. We have a selection of logos of various sizes for you to choose from: see our ICLR Logo Images for Website Linking page. You must include an Alt Tag with the image explaining that it comes from ICLR.

We link to other sites from our own site. Although we look at all sites carefully to assess the quality and reliability of content, we are not responsible for them. Listing should not be taken as endorsement of any kind. Although we try to keep these up to date we cannot guarantee that these links will work all the time, and we have no control over the availability of linked pages.
